Pricing questions
Yes. Solo starts with a free 7-day trial, with everything in it and no limits. We take your card when you start and charge it when the 7 days are up: $7.99 for a month, or $77 for a year, depending on what you select. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
Not yet. Solo is for one person. If you need Conifer for a group, whether a school, a practice, a department or a family, email us at support@conifermatrix.com and tell us what you'd need.
You pay by card, monthly or annually, and can switch interval or cancel from your account page at any time. Invoices live in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
You keep Solo until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your matrices become read-only for 30 days. They stay yours to read and export, and we email you before that window closes. When it does, your matrices and collections are permanently deleted.
